Independently run, Studio 167 is a unique venue focusing on artists’ professional development and continuing investigation into their practice. 167 is an incubator for creative exploration and offers fertile conditions for learning, personal development and collaboration. It offers rustic lodgings that blend into the natural environment, and provides artists with a space for intimate gatherings, workshops, courses and retreats.

Enjoy the eclectic spaces offered at 167 with the large open plan workshop space, library, undercover camp style self-catering kitchen, lounge / dining area and open campfires. 167 is located just one and a half hours north of Brisbane. The space is suitable for individuals and groups of up to around 12 people. We can also customise visits for larger groups if required.
